Lets talk generation Y. A new generation of female “Millennials” means new needs. What are those needs? Amanda Pouchot and Caroline Ghosn this question while working at McKinsey & Company. The answer led to starting the Levo League, a professional network designed to inspire and enable Generation Y women to build amazing careers.

About 74 million people make up the generation Y community in the U.S. alone. That's bigger than the baby boomers -- the largest workforce there has ever been.

From career advice to mentoring, Levo has created a network and support system that connects women to other power women who hold positions they might like to one day have. For example, Campbell Soup CEO Denise Morrison and former Cosmopolitan Editor in Chief Kate White are just two women in the network.

The company recently rolled out #LocalLevo, which is similar to the TEDx model of providing opportunities to create self-run events in various communities across the country.
